About the Journal

Al-Ibrah : Jurnal Pendidikan dan Keilmuan Islam is a scientific medium that focuses on publishing academic works in the field of Islamic education and Islamic science. This journal aims to provide a credible scientific forum for presenting original research results, literature reviews, and innovative ideas that contribute to the development of Islamic education theory and practice.

The scope of the journal covers various topics such as the philosophy and theory of Islamic education, learning methods and innovations, management and leadership in Islamic education, as well as Islamic scientific studies such as tafsir, hadith, fiqh, and akhlak. In addition, this journal also examines the relationship between Islamic education and the socio-cultural context, educational policy, and the challenges of globalization and pluralism. The types of articles accepted include empirical research results, conceptual studies, literature reviews, and policy evaluations relevant to Islamic education and scholarship.

With regular publications, this journal invites academics, researchers, practitioners, and students to actively contribute to enriching the knowledge of Islamic education and scholarship for the advancement of adaptive and progressive Islamic education in the modern era.  This journal is published twice a year, in June and December.
